Job summary

Tel Staffing is seeking an experienced structural assembler in Brunswick, GA to independently perform a variety of assembly operations and ensure conformance to specifications. You will read prints, drill, rivet, and fit structural components while mentoring teammates and maintaining quality records.

The contractor role requires 6 years of relevant experience, HS diploma or GED, and proficiency with precision measuring tools. Familiarity with Solumina and SmarTEAM is a plus; Q-stamp preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assemble and fit detail parts and structures; perform drilling and riveting operations.
• Read blueprints and engineering drawings to determine operations and sequences.
• Rivet assemblies using required tools; ensure conformance to specs.
• Mentor and assist teammates in interpreting blueprints and orders; develop methods to resolve issues.
• Maintain logs and records; plan workloads to meet goals and schedules.
