Job summary

TEL Staffing & HR is seeking a skilled structural assembler for a contractor role in Brunswick, Georgia. You will perform assembly and riveting, read blueprints and engineering drawings, and ensure conformance to FAA paperwork and quality standards.

The position requires 6 years of related experience, ability to mentor others, and familiarity with Solumnia and Smarteam. Must be able to lift 50 lbs and work any shift.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 years related structural assembly experience.
• Experience working with Solumnia and Smarteam preferred.
• Q-stamp preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and fit detail parts and structures, perform drilling and riveting operations per specs.
• Read and interpret blueprints, layouts, and operation sheets to guide fabrication and installation.
• Rivet structural assemblies using appropriate tools and ensure defect-free assemblies.
• Mentor and assist other team members in interpreting drawings and orders.
