Airbus Helicopters, Inc. in Columbus, Mississippi, is seeking a Senior Aircraft Mechanic for the 2nd shift on the H145 Final Assembly Line. The role involves fabrication, repair and installation of aircraft parts, upkeep of helicopters, and support of programs, with a focus on safety and quality.

The position requires at least six years of aviation mechanic experience; an A&P license is preferred but not required. English literacy is mandatory, and reading blueprints is essential for success.

Competenze

• Minimum of six years of experience as aviation mechanic.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, sketches and diagrams.

• Maintain schedules, availability of parts, supplies and tools with lead person.
• Read blueprints, sketches and manuals to obtain dimensions and tolerances.

• Ensure completed work complies with FAA regulations and customer requirements.
• Coordinate with departments regarding materials, supplies and job schedules.
