Qualifications

• 7-10 years of Manufacturing Engineering experience in aerospace or related fields.
• Final assembly line experience is strongly desired.
• Experience with riveting and complex aircraft assembly processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve manufacturing methods including mBOMs and routing.
• Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Drive Lean and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Train production teams on processes and best practices.
