Job summary

Cutter Aviation in the United States, Texas (San Antonio) is seeking Maintenance Technicians to perform routine maintenance and major inspections on HondaJet, Piper, TBM, Pilatus, LearJets, Beechjet, Citations and other corporate aircraft. Troubleshooting, repair, and modification of aircraft systems and engines are within the role.

You will plan shop activities to minimize delays, ensure compliance with TITLE 14 CFR part 43, and maintain a safe, orderly work environment while supporting

Qualifications

• Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) Certificate (Preferred).
• Five or more years demonstrated experience in aircraft maintenance inspections and repairs.
• Strong understanding in 135 and 145 repair station operations/regulations required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure repairs are performed by approved methods per manufacturer manuals and FAA regulations.
• Plan and coordinate shop activities to minimize delays and boost production.
• Ensure work adheres to manufacturer instructions and 14 CFR part 43.
• Maintain safe housekeeping and ensure tools are serviceable.
• Communicate progress with maintenance lead technicians and supervisor.
• Perform airframe and powerplant repairs, inspections, and modifications.
• Disassemble/assemble parts, test systems, and interpret manuals and drawings.
• Preserve parts during maintenance and ensure proper documentation.
