Qualifications

• 3+ years of aircraft maintenance experience OR possession of an A&P License.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and experience using hand tools.
• Intermediate assortment of personal hand tools required.
• Ability to obtain a Repairman’s Certificate within 12 months is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced aircraft maintenance tasks in accordance with approved technical data, company manuals, and safety procedures.
• Troubleshoot, inspect, repair, modify, and maintain aircraft systems and components.
• Use intermediate-level hand tools and maintenance equipment to complete assigned work.
• Read and interpret technical manuals, work cards, engineering data, and maintenance instructions.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, inspectors, and team members regarding work progress and technical issues.
• Maintain accurate documentation and maintenance records as required.
• Support training and mentorship of junior technicians as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work environment.
