Job summary

Aviation Technical Services, Inc. is seeking a Lead Mechanic for the Components Electrical Shop in Everett, WA. The role oversees maintenance tasks, mentors technicians, and ensures airworthiness in line with FAA and customer requirements.

The position offers a 5:00am–1:30pm schedule, base pay range of $33–$50 hourly, plus annual bonus eligibility, relocation assistance, and comprehensive benefits. Candidates must have 4+ years in aircraft maintenance and A&P or Repairman certification.

Qualifications

• Minimum of four (4) years’ recent component, commercial aircraft maintenance and/or MRO experience preferred.
• Leadership experience preferred.
• Applicable Repairman, Airframe, or Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) certification required.

Responsibilities

• Ensures all tasks are promptly completed in compliance with federal regulations, customer guidelines and company policies.
• Reviews required customer and FAA paperwork to ensure proper maintenance updates and compliance.
• Leads maintenance, preventative maintenance, or alteration of components for which Lead is rated and has satisfactorily performed previously.
