Job summary

Leonardo Helicopters is seeking a Senior Part 145 Planner/Scheduler to generate maintenance control schedules and manage the planning for completion activities. You will coordinate with multiple departments to ensure efficient workload, track discrepancies, and advisory system data for on-time aircraft delivery.

Responsibilities include developing schedules by craft, analyzing resources, and assisting with cost estimates and vendor expediting.

Qualifications

• Two-year AS degree or equivalent; Bachelor’s preferred.
• Experience: 5+ years in planning and scheduling projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review work to schedule and accomplish it efficiently.
• Coordinate with Leads, Supervisors, Engineers, Program Managers and MPTS to determine resources.
• Develop job schedules by craft/skills, sequence, and quantity.
• Assist with vendor service expediting to meet the work schedule.
• Collect cost estimates for labor, material and outside services, and set up work orders.
• Create workforce schedules by crew to meet skill requirements.
