Job summary

Republic Airways is seeking an FAA-certified A&P mechanic to perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and modifications on aircraft and related systems. You will troubleshoot aircraft systems, execute work orders, and ensure all safety and regulatory requirements are met.

This role requires strong teamwork, adherence to procedures, and the ability to maintain accurate maintenance records in a fast-paced hangar and on-site airport environments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with an FAA Airframe and Powerplant license.
• Previous experience as an A&P mechanic or airline experience is preferred.
• Experience using a computer to look up information and input data.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, repair, modifications and other maintenance of aircraft, components and related equipment.
• Troubleshoot aircraft systems and execute maintenance work orders.
• Adhere to safety procedures and ensure documentation is up-to-date.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and complete shift turnover reports.
