Job summary

Embraer is seeking a Lead Interior Technician to supervise daily activities in the Interiors – Production Department. You will guide production staff, ensure safe work practices, and drive efficiency in assembling cabinets, seats, carpets and panels.

You will work from diagrams, use hand tools and measuring devices, maintain equipment, and ensure proper work records per FAA requirements. Leadership and coaching experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• A&P certification and mechanical/electrical experience preferred.
• Previous lead or supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with aircraft interior assemblies preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities of Interiors–Production staff.
• Ensure safe work practices are followed.
• Plan, direct and coordinate production area to minimize delays and increase efficiency.
• Provide on-the-job training and coaching to staff.
• Maintain equipment and tools; manage stock and materials as required.
• Complete work package documentation per FAA and repair station manuals.
