Job summary

Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation in Appleton, WI is seeking an experienced Interior Installation Technician Senior on the 5th shift (weekend overnights) to remove, install, and fabricate aircraft interiors in accordance with design specs. You will mentor other technicians, read blueprints, coordinate with supervision and FAA paperwork, and ensure quality.

Must have a HS diploma and 4 years of related experience; aerospace experience preferred. Some travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 4 years of applicable installation, fabrication or related experience.
• Experience in aerospace industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely perform aircraft interior removal, installation, and fabrication.
• Coordinate with supervision and FAA paperwork, sign-offs and quality specifications.
• Mentor and train other Interior Installation Technicians.
• Oversee projects or other technicians and procure required materials and documentation.
• Follow standard operating procedures and maintain shop equipment.
