Job summary

The ideal candidate will have a BS in Engineering and at least ten years of experience with aircraft systems, particularly in In-Flight Entertainment or Wi-Fi. Responsibilities include creating task cards, investigating reliability issues, and collaborating with suppliers. Qualifications

• Ten or more years of experience in aircraft In-Flight Entertainment, WiFi, or aircraft cabin electrical systems.
• Experience with airline processes and procedures.
• Electrical Engineering preferred, not Engineering Technology or Management.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for cabin electrical IFE and WIFI systems.
• Create or revise task cards for cabin electrical systems.
• Investigate and develop fixes for reliability items.
• Work with suppliers and OEMs for system alterations.
• Support operations with technical assistance on degraded systems.
