Job summary

Anduril Industries seeks a highly experienced Fuel Systems Engineer to design and integrate aircraft fuel systems for Group 5 air vehicles and missile platforms. Qualifications

• B.S. in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years designing aircraft fuel systems or related aerospace fluid systems.
• Experience supporting product lifecycle from concept to qualification.
• Experience with CAD tools Siemens NX or equivalents.
• Strong fluid mechanics and mechanical design fundamentals.
• Clear and cross-functional communication; eligible for U.S. security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop aircraft fuel systems from concept through testing and qualification.
• Detail design of fuel system components: tubing, pumps, filtration, gauging, venting, refueling/defueling.
• Collaborate with software, systems, testing, manufacturing, suppliers, and other teams to integrate hardware.
• Support component selection, prototypes, qualification, testing, and system integration.
• Grow ownership of increasingly complex fuel system designs with senior engineers.
