Army National Guard Units in Wisconsin is seeking a Supervisory Aircraft Flight Instructor-T32 to lead and manage the Operations and Training Section of the AASF, supervising 6-12 instructors and flight operations specialists. The role requires coordinating flight operations and ensuring readiness across multiple aircraft types.

The incumbent directs training programs, plans flying schedules with maintenance staff, and oversees budgetary and cost analyses for flight missions.

Formación

• Must have Federal Aviation Administration certifications awarded from accredited civilian aviation programs OR must have aviation certifications from accredited military aviation schools.

Responsabilidades

• Directs and coordinates all flight operations and training activities and supervises the Flight Operations Section.
• Manages the Aviation Training Program and oversees the Additional Flight Training Program (AFTP).
• Plans flying programs with maintenance to maximize aircraft utilization; oversees flight cost analysis and flight mission coordination.
• Trains and evaluates pilots in instrument procedures and other high-hazard flight operations; performs other duties as assigned.
