GKR Search and Selection is partnering with an established aviation business to shape aircraft and engine investment decisions. You will gain direct exposure to live transactions and work closely with senior decision-makers to turn analytical insights into commercial results.

The role focuses on financial modelling, valuation assumptions and providing pricing guidance across acquisitions, leasing and disposals, with a strong emphasis on asset value dynamics and risk management.

Qualifications

• Approximately 5–8 years of relevant experience in aircraft leasing, aviation finance, trading or asset management.
• Strong aircraft and/or engine valuation experience and financial modelling skills.
• Understanding maintenance economics and their impact on asset values.
• Sound commercial judgement with confidence presenting investment recommendations.

Responsabilités

• Assess aircraft and engine investments through financial modelling and return analysis.
• Develop valuation assumptions reflecting market trends, maintenance economics and residual values.
• Provide pricing recommendations across acquisitions, leasing and disposals.
• Evaluate investment risks, portfolio performance and alternative exit strategies.
