Peak Performance Recruitment is seeking an Engine Investment Analyst to support investment, valuation and transaction activities in the commercial aviation asset market. This on-site Connecticut role emphasizes financial modelling, market analysis and strategic investment decision support.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in investment banking, aviation leasing or private equity, with proven aircraft/engine valuation expertise and advanced Excel skills. Relocation within the USA is supported.

Formación

Minimum 5 years' experience in investment banking, equity research, aircraft leasing, aviation lending or private equity.
Proven experience pricing and valuing commercial aircraft and/or engines.
Strong knowledge of aircraft and engine markets, pricing methodologies.
Advanced Excel proficiency for financial modelling and analysis.
Excellent written and verbal communication; strong PowerPoint and Word skills.

Responsabilidades

Manage investments across full lifecycle including underwriting, due diligence, closing, portfolio management.
Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models to evaluate acquisitions and leases.
Lead due diligence and assess investment risk and returns.
Determine market values, lease rates, residual values using data and appraisals.
Prepare investment analyses, presentations and reports for senior management.
Negotiate key terms for aircraft purchases, sales and leases.
Monitor portfolio performance and provide financial recommendations.
