Job summary

Uloop Inc. is seeking an experienced Shop Manager in Miami, Florida to lead daily operations of our aircraft component maintenance shop. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in aircraft component repair and demonstrate exceptional leadership and team management skills.

Key responsibilities include ensuring compliance with FAA regulations, coordinating with various departments, and monitoring productivity metrics. The role requires a minimum of 5 years in aircraft maintenance and at least 2 years in a supervisory position.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in aircraft component maintenance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong technical background in aircraft component repair, including sheet metal and composite work.
• Familiarity with FAA regulations, 145 repair station requirements and EASA standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily shop operations ensuring workflow and adherence to repair schedules.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery and compliance.
• Oversee and support technicians performing sheet metal and/or composite repairs.
• Monitor productivity and quality metrics for process improvement.
