Job summary

Anduril Industries seeks a senior radar systems architect to lead architecture and mode development for airborne radar systems across manned and unmanned platforms. You will drive end‑to‑end design, from concept to deployment, focusing on SAR/ISAR/GMTI and real‑time processing, while engaging with government customers to translate mission needs into technical requirements.

The role requires deep expertise in airborne radar engineering, DSP, and software architecture, plus experience guiding

Qualifications

12+ years in a staff/principal technical leadership role for airborne radar systems
Deep expertise in airborne radar systems engineering, mode development, and software architecture
Strong background in algorithm development, DSP, and electronic protection techniques
End-to-end radar systems experience from hardware to deployment
Experience translating mission needs into technical requirements

Responsibilities

Lead systems architecture and mode development for airborne radar systems across platforms
Develop and implement radar processing algorithms with focus on DSP and waveform design
Drive end-to-end radar system design from concept through deployment
Design airborne RF sensing modes and algorithms (SAR, ISAR, GMTI, A-A tracking)
Engage with government customers to translate mission requirements into technical solutions
Mentor team members in radar theory, systems engineering, and best practices
