Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Senior Airborne ISR Payload Systems Engineer to provide technical and programmatic SETA support for the development, integration, testing, fielding, and sustainment of airborne SIGINT, COMINT, ELINT, and Multi-INT collection payloads.

Primary responsibilities include advising on research and procurement, managing program budgets, tracking equipment installations, and devising strategies to leverage emerging technologies for enhanced mission capability.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
• Experience supporting SIGINT, COMINT, ELINT, or Multi-INT payloads.
• Experience integrating ISR payloads onto airborne platforms.
• Familiarity with government acquisition processes and budget cycles.

Responsibilities

• Assist and advise the customer in research, evaluation, development, procurement, integration, testing, and sustainment of airborne collection payload systems.
• Support management of a portfolio of programs, including monitoring performance, analyzing alternatives, and supporting risk-management activities.
• Track payload equipment installations across airborne platforms and coordinate timely purchases, deliveries, and movement of hardware and personnel.
• Develop strategies leveraging emerging technologies and CONOPS to increase mission capability.
