Job summary
Kleinfelder is seeking an experienced Senior Air Quality Professional to join our team in the South Division with openings in Charlotte, Raleigh, and Atlanta. The role focuses on air quality compliance, emission inventories, permit applications, regulatory review, and greenhouse gas reporting.
Ideal candidates will have 10+ years in air quality, strong client interaction skills, and the ability to mentor junior staff.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required in Engineering, Science, Environmental, or related field.
- 10+ years of related experience in Air Quality compliance.
- Proficient in communicating with clients and public.
- Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
Responsibilities
- Prepare emission inventories and permit applications.
- Conduct regulatory reviews and maintain compliance records.
- Manage greenhouse gas reporting and regulatory communications.
- Provide multi-media environmental support including stormwater, SPCC, waste management, auditing, and site assessments.
- Communicate with clients and regulatory agencies; mentor junior staff.
