PacifiCorp is seeking a Sr Engineer to provide senior leadership and technical expertise for air quality permitting and compliance across its thermal generation facilities in Salt Lake City. You will prepare permit applications, conduct regulatory analyses, and lead interactions with regulatory agencies, while guiding engineers and environmental staff.

The role requires strong project management, deep knowledge of NSPS/NESHAP/Title V, and the ability to manage external consultants and multiple

Competenze

• Five or more years in industrial power systems or electric utility power systems.
• Knowledge of NSPS, NESHAP, NSR, Title V and related permitting requirements.
• Experience preparing permit applications, emissions inventories, regulatory analyses and reports.
• Demonstrated project management across schedules, budgets, and regulatory commitments.
• Understanding of utility or power generation operations and environmental compliance.
