Qualifikationen

• 9+ years of air quality consulting experience including air permitting and compliance.
• Experience with air dispersion modeling and regulatory interpretation.
• Strong project management, scope, schedule, and budget control.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and business development.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor junior staff.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel; programming experience a plus.

Aufgaben

• Serve as technical lead on complex air quality projects.
• Review and apply federal/state air regulations for compliance.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Prepare air quality permit applications for NSR/PSD and Title V.
• Estimate emissions and conduct engineering evaluations of sources.
