The Senior Air Quality Engineer – or Scientist (Senior Environmental Professional) takes an active role in the day to day permitting and compliance management operations with an emphasis in the air quality management and greenhouse gas verification programs, and exposure to other programs including stormwater and hazardous materials management.

The Senior Air Quality Engineer will work out of the Montrose office in Santa Ana, Sacramento or Oakland, California.

A DAY IN THE LIFE
The Senior Air Quality Engineer / Scientist reports to the District Manager of Permitting and Compliance Management Services and will focus on air quality permitting and analysis, greenhouse gas verification and compliance management for our client facility operations. The areas of focus include California air quality permitting (NSR, Title V, PSD, etc.), verification of GHG reports and CEQA air quality analysis. Expanded opportunities in Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPPP), NPDES, CERCLA / RCRA Compliance, NEPA Compliance, etc.] may also be available.
The Senior Air Quality Engineer / Scientist will support a diverse client base including manufacturers, food processors, telecom utilities, electric utilities, hospitals, universities, oil and gas producers, and local government operations through the following functions:

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Pay: $80,000 - $130,000. Offers will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
