Job summary

Arcadis seeks a Project Air Quality Engineer to join our ISC team in Texas, hybrid role with office, remote work, and client site visits. You will support Gulf Coast air quality projects including permitting, reporting, and emissions analysis, collaborating with senior leaders to deliver high-quality results.

The role involves travel up to 10–20% and requires strong knowledge of Texas regulations, MACT, and GHG reporting.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in Air Quality
Strong background in oil and gas emission calculations and permitting
Experience with Texas permitting and reporting

Responsibilities

Apply knowledge of Federal and State air quality regulations to air permitting and compliance projects.
Assist clients with permitting and routine air quality compliance reporting (emissions tracking, MACT reports, certifications).
Prepare air permit applications (Permits-by-Rule, minor NSR, Title V, PSD, NNSR).
Collaborate with Arcadis’ air team leaders to ensure regulatory knowledge and delivery quality.
Perform emissions calculations for pollutants and greenhouse gases for inventories and reporting.
Support client and proposal development activities.
