Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Science or Engineering or minimum 10 years direct experience.
• Associate of Science degree in Science or Engineering or minimum 15 years direct experience.
• Direct experience including project, client, and program management and air quality permitting in California.
• Certified as Agency Permitting Professional (CPP) is desirable but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead air permitting projects for California, including emission inventories and GHG management.
• Supervise junior staff, coordinate budgets and timelines, and ensure quality deliverables.
• Consult with clients to develop plans, reports and assessments; guide technical staff.
