Job summary

Weaver Consultants Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager for our Environmental Permitting/Compliance Group. The role requires 7–10+ years in environmental consulting with emphasis on air quality and related regulations.

The ideal candidate will lead permit applications, emission calculations, regulatory reviews, and client communications while managing project budgets and staff development. Remote work options may be available as needed.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in environmental consulting, focused on air quality.
• Bachelor’s/Master’s or related advanced degree in Environmental/Chemical/Civil Engineering.
• PE or PE eligible preferred, but not required.
• Strong Excel and Microsoft Office 365 proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review air permit applications per local, state, and federal regulations.
• Perform emission calculations and regulatory evaluations.
• Submit regulatory and routine compliance reports as required by permits.
• Communicate with clients and regulators; manage project budgets and relationships.
• Mentor staff and support proposals and invoicing.
