Job summary

Weaver Consultants Group is seeking an experienced Air Quality Project Manager to lead permitting and compliance projects. You will prepare and review air permit applications, perform emission calculations, and assess federal/state regulations to guide clients toward compliant operating strategies.

The role requires 7+ years in environmental consulting focused on air quality, with strong Excel/Office 365 skills and excellent communication.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s, Master’s, or other advanced degree in Environmental/Chemical/Civil Engineering.
PE or PE eligible preferred but not required.
Minimum 7 years of experience in environmental consulting focused on air quality.
Advanced working knowledge of Excel and Office 365; Windows OS.

Responsibilities

Prepare and review comprehensive air permit applications for client projects in accordance with applicable regulations.
Perform emission calculations and review results.
Review state and federal regulation applicability and requirements.
Prepare, review and submit regulatory and routine compliance reports as required by permits.
Assist clients with permitting strategies and pathways to continuous compliance; communicate with clients and regulators.
Routinely perform site visits and support proposals and project invoicing.
Manage projects and budgets; mentor and train staff.
