Job summary

Jefferson is seeking a Senior Instructor to support the USAF 505th Tactical Training Group. The role is onsite at Hurlburt Field, Florida, and requires U.S. residency and work authorization.

You will deliver advanced air operations training in WOC-X, DWC2C, and IALC to prepare staff for deployment and secure operations. The position emphasizes experience in military training environments, multi-domain operations, and the ability to instruct at varied clearance levels from Unclassified to TS/SCI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher from a regionally accredited university.
• Current Top Secret/SCI clearance.
• At least 5 years of Department of War military experience.
• Experience instructing in a military environment.

Responsibilities

• WOCX follow-on to 100-level C2 training, refining staff processes and SOPs.
• Instructors should be prepared to discuss up to TOP SECRET/SCI.
• WOCX provides an initial 200-level training as follow-on to 100-level C2.
• Instruction via Mobile Training Team at the unit's location.
• Develop and refine SOPs, battle drills, and concepts for C2 roles.
• Training focuses on deploying, sustaining, and redeploying operations.
