Job summary

ENERCON Services, Inc. seeks a Senior Environmental Licensing Air Specialist for our Nuclear Services Group in the U.S. This role will support regulatory interactions, data collection during site visits, and lead licensing projects nationwide.

The position requires deep knowledge of air regulations (MACT, NSPS, NESHAP) and strong reporting skills, with fieldwork up to 5% travel and mentoring of junior staff. Plano, TX or Ft. Worth, TX are among potential bases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, environmental science, or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of environmental consulting or nuclear-related experience.
• Working knowledge of NEPA, Clean Air Act, and related regulations.
• Experience interacting with federal or state regulatory agencies.
• Experience developing technical reports and regulatory reviews.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency using MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Conduct environmental reviews to assess air impacts of nuclear facilities and prepare reports per NRC/NEPA guidelines.
• Collect environmental data during site visits and develop technical content for reports.
• Engage with regulatory agencies, stakeholders, and the public; present complex information clearly.
• Support licensing applications and fieldwork, traveling as needed.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor junior staff.
