16+ years experience without a degree or 14 years with an AS/AA or 12 years with a BS/BA or 10 years with an MS/MA or 8 years with a Ph.D.
3+ years of formal instructor, trainer, or curriculum development experience.
Demonstrated experience with AI/ML tools, platforms, or applications in operational or analytical environments.
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
Active TS/SCI clearance with adjudicated polygraph.
