Job summary

Leidos is seeking a mission-focused Intelligence Analytics Instructor at Joint Base Langley-Eustis in Hampton, VA. This role shapes the next generation of Air Force intelligence professionals through cutting-edge AI/ML, data analytics and automation training. An active TS/SCI clearance is required.

You will deliver formal instruction, provide hands-on support across all operational domains, and help translate traditional workflows into AI-enhanced processes.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with data analytics, LLMs, and AI/ML concepts.
• Understanding of AF/intelligence processes.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Deliver classroom and virtual instruction on AI/ML concepts, LLMs, and automation.
• Execute tiered, role-based training to meet varying student proficiency levels.
• Instruct on AI/ML methodologies to build trust and critical thinking.
• Provide hands-on, over-the-shoulder support across all operating domains (Unclassified, Secret, AFSCI).
• Assist analysts in developing and instructing new TTPs for AI/ML-augmented processes.
• Ensure courseware remains current with standard DoD and IC applications.
