Job summary

RADICL Defense seeks a Senior Engineer focused on AI-driven workflows and automated incident response. You will architect intelligent case management systems, build autonomous security operations, and integrate large language models to reason over security data.

You will work with a founding team, using the latest AI/ML technologies and cloud platforms to scale automated threat processing and response across SMB customers in regulated environments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years implementing production AI workflows with LLMs or intelligent automation
• Hands-on experience with GPT/Claude or similar models; prompt engineering & safety
• Strong background in designing reliable, scalable event-driven systems
• Go and Python: backend services and AI/ML pipelines; familiarity with LangChain, LlamaIndex
• Understanding of automated incident response workflows and threat attribution
• Experience with Elasticsearch/OpenSearch, PostgreSQL, large-scale security data processing

Responsibilities

• Design and build automated incident response workflows and intelligent case management
• Develop agent systems using LLMs to autonomously reason about security data
• Create deterministic automation pipelines for scalable incident processing
• Enrich indicators of compromise and correlate threat intelligence automatically
• Integrate multi-modal data for AI model performance improvement
• Build real-time, event-driven workflows using Kafka and modern streaming tech
• Collaborate with cloud platforms (AWS) for AI services and model workloads
