Job summary

HelloFresh is seeking a Senior AI Content Creator to lead AI-powered visual content across photography and video in the HelloFresh Studio. You will translate creative direction into scalable production workflows and work closely with art directors, photographers, video teams, and designers to expand AI capabilities.

You will help define best practices, experiment with new AI approaches, and drive high-quality, production-ready outputs that elevate our brand imagery and campaigns.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in commercial photography, retouching, art direction, or related visual production.
• Hands-on experience creating high-quality visual content with generative AI.
• Strong visual eye and ability to judge photography and video quality.
• Ability to translate creative direction into repeatable production approaches.
• Proven collaboration across creative, production, and technical teams.
• Curiosity and proactive mindset with interest in emerging AI tech.

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality AI-powered content across commercial photography and video for production and marketing use.
• Develop and refine AI content creation workflows, prompts, and reusable approaches using AI tools.
• Collaborate with Art Directors, Photographers, Video, Design, and Post-Production to scale AI-powered workflows.
• Apply judgment to improve visual quality, realism, and consistency in AI-generated content.
• Identify automation opportunities with Workflow Specialists to scale content generation.
• Evaluate emerging AI models and techniques for practical business impact.
• Define and share best practices and documentation for AI content creation.
