Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, UX, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of professional experience in product design, UX design, interaction design, or related discipline.
• A portfolio showing shipped digital products and solid interaction/visual design foundations.
• Expertise in at least one core design discipline and strength across prototyping, research, IA, or UX writing.
• Experience designing complex product experiences with cross-functional teams.
• Understanding of how AI-powered experiences should communicate confidence, uncertainty, and limitations.
• Ability to simplify ambiguity and articulate design rationale to engineers and leaders.
• Proficiency with Figma and contribution to design systems.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design of AI-powered shopping experiences from framing to launch and iteration.
• Translate AI capabilities into intuitive, transparent experiences for travelers.
• Design across conversational, visual, and multimodal interfaces to support varied decision-making styles.
