Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management, business analysis, or transformation roles in financial services or lending tech.
• Extensive experience in trading or financial services operations and processes.
• Experience with LoanIQ (Finastra) and ClearPar (S&P Global) platforms is a strong plus.
• Proven ability to apply AI tools (LLMs, Copilot, GPTs) to automate analysis and prototyping.
• Proven requirements gathering: run workshops, own BRD/PRD, translate ambiguity into specs.
• Advanced Excel: data cleaning, formulas, PivotTables, dashboards.
• Analytical mindset: model problems, size impact, propose tradeoffs.
• Fluent Agile/Scrum delivery; experience with JIRA/Confluence or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Define and prioritize the AI transformation backlog across loan trading platforms.
• Lead stakeholder discovery and translate pain points into actionable requirements.
• Identify, prototype, and validate intelligent solutions for workflow automation and loan booking.
• Ensure UI/UX quality between wireframes and production using prototyping tools like FIGMA.
• Analyze datasets and processes to uncover opportunities and high-ROI use cases.
• Bridge technology, operations, compliance, and business leads for delivery.
• Prepare and analyze trading reports; contribute to strategic discussions.
• Manage ad-hoc projects with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
