Job summary

Vizient, Inc. is seeking a Senior AI Tooling Engineer to own the lifecycle of enterprise AI tooling platforms, including Jellyfish and Amplitude.

You will drive integration, instrumentation, analytics, and adoption across AI Engineering, Quality Engineering, LLMOps/AIOps, and product teams. You will translate business objectives into measurable events, dashboards, and production-ready solutions, partnering with Product, Engineering, Data, Security, Governance, and other teams to ensure secure,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
Experience with software/ platform engineering and data analytics.
Hands-on experience implementing and operating enterprise SaaS platforms.
Experience with APIs, connectors, event streams, data pipelines, and instrumentation.
Strong SQL skills and data validation abilities.
Experience in large‑enterprise, cross‑functional environments.

Responsibilities

Own the implementation, configuration, administration, and production readiness of enterprise AI tooling platforms.
Design and support integrations between source systems and AI tooling platforms.
Develop APIs, SDKs, connectors, pipelines, event streams, and automation workflows.
Onboard internal and customer-facing applications with platform teams.
Define data requirements, instrumentation, and event schemas.
Develop metrics, dashboards, and analytics for engineering productivity and product usage.
