Job summary

Amazon seeks a Sr. Program Manager for Tooling & Automation within Prime Video Sports Marketing. You will design, build, and maintain tooling, automations, AI infrastructure, and operational platforms powering campaign management and asset development across NFL, NBA, NASCAR, and more.

You will translate complex workflows into scalable solutions, enabling teams to focus on strategy over process, and you will lead cross-functional enablement and tooling governance.

Qualifications

• Experience building tooling and automations for campaign management.
• Familiarity with Airtable and internal tooling.
• Ability to translate complex workflows into scalable automated solutions.

Responsibilities

• Build & Maintain Operational Tooling across Airtable and internal tools to support campaign management and asset workflows.
• Automate workflows to reduce toil and speed up execution across sports marketing.
• Design end-to-end technical solutions from business requirements across data models, integrations, and reporting.
• Serve as SMEs for Airtable and related tooling, establishing scalable data architectures and automations.
• Develop tooling for creative asset operations including versioning, routing, and delivery tracking.
• Create and maintain campaign infrastructure tooling for planning, trafficking, and performance tracking.
