Responsibilities

• Build and lead the development organization delivering data pipelines, applications, workflows, and AI/ML capabilities for the enterprise Palantir implementation.
• Scale a high-performance engineering team with managers/tech leads and cross-functional collaboration.
• Establish engineering standards for code quality, testing, security, and documentation.
• Collaborate with Chief Architect and data leaders to ensure ontology alignment and architectural governance.
• Drive agile practices and performance metrics across multiple squads.
• Partner with IT and security teams to ensure secure, compliant deployment and operations.
