ETAS Inc. is seeking an AI Technical Lead to guide architecture, development, and deployment of secure, enterprise-grade AI/ML solutions from on-prem infrastructure to production.

You will lead AI initiatives, ensuring governance, security, and scalable deployment while collaborating with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate has extensive hands-on AI/ML engineering experience, strong software architecture, and technical leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related technical field and 10+ years of relevant professional experience; OR Master's in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related technical field and 8+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong programming skills in Python and hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Architect and oversee scalable AI/ML and generative AI systems with secure engineering practices.
• Lead AI initiatives and develop protected on-premises AI capabilities from infrastructure to models and production deployment.
• Design end-to-end ML pipelines including data ingestion, deployment, monitoring, and improvement.
• Establish guardrails and standards for AI development, including security, privacy, and responsible AI practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify high-value AI use cases and translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Oversee integration of AI models into production environments and maintain robust MLOps practices.
