Job summary

Boston Consulting Group is seeking a Senior AI Tech Consultant within BCG Platinion's Tech Advisory & Delivery chapter. You will own an individual module in a client engagement, applying AI expertise to deliver innovative IT solutions.

You’ll work with clients to define AI product requirements, translate problems into AI-enabled concepts, and guide agile delivery. Travel up to 80% is expected, and you will receive a competitive base salary and performance bonus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years IT/AI consulting, product management, or software development.
• Hands-on with SQL, Python, or similar.
• GenAI tool fluency and ability to validate responses.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver AI-powered products and define AI product requirements.
• Translate business problems into AI-enabled solutions.
• Collaborate with client teams and BCG practitioners.
• Lead agile product delivery including planning and backlog.
• Assist with change management and adoption activities.
