Job summary

You will work with cross-functional teams, bring expertise in AI, data analytics, cloud, and GenAI, and be prepared to travel globally. BCG offers a comprehensive benefits package and a base compensation of $150,000 USD in the first year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in information technology, computer science, economics, or a related field.
• 2+ years of practical IT/AI consulting experience.
• Hands-on experience with SQL, Python, or similar.
• GenAI tool fluency and willingness to travel globally (up to ~80%).

Responsibilities

• End-to-end responsibility for an individual module within a BCG client engagement.
• Work with clients to understand issues, develop strategies for change and win buy-in for recommendations.
• Collaborate with fellow BCGers to transform client potential into performance.
