Job summary

Asana, Inc. is seeking an experienced Software Engineer to contribute to the AI Teammates Experience team.

You will build engaging experiences that enable customers to work effectively with AI Teammates, collaborating with product, design, and platform teams to create intuitive product surfaces. You will work on prompting systems, evaluation/testing infrastructure, and agent capabilities with a focus on empathy, usability, and measurable impact across teams and admins.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-stack experience in large codebases.
• Experience building product features in complex AI domains.
• Ability to scope and deliver impactful features with teams.
• Strong collaboration across product, design, and engineering.
• Curiosity and openness to learning AI tools.

Responsibilities
