Job summary

Adonis is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to serve as the technical anchor of a growing backend AI team. You will design and ship agentic AI systems that scale, set engineering standards, and stay close to research to bring ideas into production.

This is a high-ownership role shaping how the team builds. This role requires 5+ years of backend experience, deep Python expertise (FastAPI/Flask), and familiarity with LangGraph or LlamaIndex.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of backend engineering experience.
• Strong Python experience (FastAPI, Flask, or similar).
• Experience with agent orchestration frameworks (LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or similar).

Responsibilities

• Build robust AI systems at enterprise scale with production-grade reliability.
• Lead as the technical standard-bearer for the backend AI team through code reviews and mentorship.
• Push the state of the art by researching and translating new techniques into practical engineering practices.
• Design lean services that reduce complexity while maintaining a maintainable codebase.
