Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related technical discipline.
• 10+ years of professional software development with front-end React/Vue/Angular and back-end Python/Java/Node/Go.
• Experience architecting and deploying production-grade AI apps with LLMs.
• Experience with vector databases like Milvus, Pinecone, or pgvector and embedding optimization.
• Expertise with AI orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or AgentCore.
• Cloud-native development (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (EKS/Kubernetes).
• Ability to communicate complex technical strategies to diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Set the technical vision and architectural standards for AI initiatives.
• Design and implement RAG architectures, agent workflows, and LLM orchestration.
• Build multi-tenant, high-availability AI systems with observability and performance at scale.
• Define and enforce standards for AI security, cost management, and model monitoring.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with product, data science, and engineering teams.
