Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of professional experience performing analysis.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field or MBA with quantitative concentration, by start date.
• Experience or exposure to AI tooling in analytics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business challenges and recommend strategic improvements.
• Model and analyze to support new product and pricing strategies for lending products.
• Support marketing efforts with targeted insights for new customer experiences.
• Develop risk models and monitor credit performance to drive improvements.
• Frame problems, develop hypotheses, test and implement solutions.
• Collaborate with IT, Sales, Operations, Finance to drive quality and profitability.
• Combine analytical thinking with strong business judgment to guide decisions.
• Communicate clearly and influence stakeholders to align on analytics initiatives.
• Drive results in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Consulting experience is a plus.
