CLA (CliftonLarsonAllen) seeks an AI Strategy Director to lead end-to-end AI strategy engagements, guiding clients from opportunity identification to deployment. You will translate complex AI concepts into executive-level decisions and build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders.

You will direct cross-functional teams, manage engagement risks, advance AI frameworks, and contribute to business development by showcasing CLA's AI capabilities.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of AI strategy experience.
• Bachelor's degree required; equivalent experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end AI strategy engagements from opportunity identification to deployment.
• Translate AI concepts into executive-level insights for clients.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across data science, engineering, risk, legal, and cyber.
• Develop AI frameworks and thought leadership for ongoing client value.
• Support business development and market presence of CLA's AI capabilities.
