Job summary

CliftonLarsonAllen (CLA) is seeking an AI Strategy Director who will lead end-to-end AI strategy engagements for clients, guiding opportunities from idea through deployment and optimization. You will translate complex AI concepts into clear executive-level insights and decisions.

You will build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, supervise cross-functional teams, manage engagement risks, and advance CLA's AI capabilities through thought leadership and business development.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in AI/technology strategy.
• Bachelor's degree required; combinations of experience and training may be considered.
• Certifications/Licenses: None required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of end-to-end AI strategy engagements.
• Translate complex AI concepts into executive-level insights and decisions.
• Advise clients to align AI initiatives with business strategy and risk tolerances.
• Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders (Director, VP, C-suite).
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver integrated AI solutions.
• Drive business development and represent the firm's AI capabilities.
