Job summary

CliftonLarsonAllen (CLA) is seeking an AI Strategy Director to design and deliver end-to-end AI strategy engagements for clients, guiding opportunities from identification to deployment and optimization.

You will translate complex AI concepts into executive-level decisions, lead cross-functional teams, and drive business impact while managing engagement risks and expanding CLA's AI capabilities through thought leadership and development.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of AI strategy experience or closely related field.
• Bachelor's degree required; combination of experience and training may be accepted.
• Ability to translate complex AI concepts into executive-level decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of end-to-end AI strategy engagements from opportunity to deployment.
• Develop AI strategy approaches that translate concepts into clear executive insights.
• Advise clients to align AI initiatives with business strategy, risk tolerance, and regulatory requirements.
• Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders (Director, VP, C-suite).
• Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of multiple AI engagements with quality outcomes.
