Job summary

Systems Technology Group, Inc. (STG) is seeking a Sr. AI Solutions Engineer to design and deploy production multi-agent AI systems for enterprise clients.

You will architect agent frameworks, ensure secure integration, and collaborate with product teams using Java/Spring Boot, Angular, and Python in a cloud-first environment. We value hands-on expertise with LangGraph, CrewAI, LlamaIndex, and Vertex AI, plus strong data pipelines, PostgreSQL, and GCP deployments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in software engineering and building production systems.
• 2+ years implementing LLM agentic systems, function/tool-calling, and reasoning loops.
• Experience with AI tooling such as LangGraph, CrewAI, LlamaIndex, or Vertex AI; ability to produce structured outputs.
• Proficiency in Python, Java/Spring Boot, and Angular for end-to-end development.
• Strong PostgreSQL skills (SQL optimization, pgvector) and Google Cloud Platform experience (Vertex AI, Cloud Run/GKE).
• Security & operations focus: OAuth 2.0/mTLS, Docker, CI/CD, observability.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Agent Architecture: Build production multi-agent systems using LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or Google Vertex AI Agent Builder.
• Network & Tool Integration: Implement secure API connectors, proxies, and Model Context Protocol (MCP) tooling to interact across Ford VPC boundaries and third-party SaaS/COTS platforms.
• Data Pipelines: Query, extract, and structure matter data from PostgreSQL for agent context, reasoning engines, and vector stores (RAG).
• GCP Deployment: Package runtimes in Docker and deploy on GCP (Cloud Run, GKE, Vertex AI) following Ford InfoSec, IAM, and egress policies.
• App Collaboration: Partner with the core product team to surface agent outputs and human-in-the-loop validation within the existing Java/Spring Boot/Angular portal.

Required Qualifications

• Experience: 5+ years in software engineering; 2+ years implementing LLM agentic systems, function/tool-calling, and reasoning loops in production.
• AI Tooling: LangGraph, CrewAI, LlamaIndex, or Vertex AI; structured outputs (Pydantic/JSON Schema); guardrail frameworks.
• Languages & Frameworks: Python (AI runtime), Java / Spring Boot, Angular.
• Database & Cloud: Advanced PostgreSQL (SQL optimization, pgvector) and Google Cloud Platform (Vertex AI, Cloud Run/GKE, Cloud NAT, Apigee/API Gateways).
• Security & Ops: OAuth 2.0/mTLS cross-network integration, Docker, CI/CD, and token/observability monitoring.

Preferred

• Background in legal operations, litigation management, or Thomson Reuters Legal Tracker.
• Experience deploying Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) review interfaces in regulated enterprise settings.
