Job summary

Systems Technology Group, Inc. (STG) is seeking a Sr. AI Solutions Engineer to design and deploy production multi-agent AI systems for enterprise clients.

You will architect agent frameworks, ensure secure integration, and collaborate with product teams using Java/Spring Boot, Angular, and Python in a cloud-first environment. We value hands-on expertise with LangGraph, CrewAI, LlamaIndex, and Vertex AI, plus strong data pipelines, PostgreSQL, and GCP deployments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in software engineering and building production systems.
• 2+ years implementing LLM agentic systems, function/tool-calling, and reasoning loops.
• Experience with AI tooling such as LangGraph, CrewAI, LlamaIndex, or Vertex AI; ability to produce structured outputs.
• Proficiency in Python, Java/Spring Boot, and Angular for end-to-end development.
• Strong PostgreSQL skills (SQL optimization, pgvector) and Google Cloud Platform experience (Vertex AI, Cloud Run/GKE).
• Security & operations focus: OAuth 2.0/mTLS, Docker, CI/CD, observability.

Responsibilities

• Architect production multi-agent systems and govern their operation.
• Implement secure API connectors and cross-network tooling across platforms.
• Build and optimize data pipelines to surface context for agents.
• Package runtimes in Docker and deploy on Google Cloud Platform with governance policies.
• Collaborate with product teams to integrate agent outputs into the Java/Spring Boot/Angular portal.
